Shipping and Delivery Policy
The customer must correctly enter their mobile number, email address, city name, region, neighborhood, street, house number, and floor number to facilitate the delivery of shipments.
Shipping and delivery requests are handled by private shipping companies selected by us. The customer will be provided with the company name and shipping policy number at the time of delivery.
Delivery Time
Most of our products are delivered within 1-5 days under normal circumstances. This period may be longer in some circumstances due to the size and processing time of the order. This also depends on the shipping company's coverage in inaccessible areas, cities, or villages. The customer must collect the shipment themselves from the nearest branch of the shipping company in the city or village from which the order was placed.
