Exchange and Return Policy

Replacement Policy

  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and applicable regulations, the consumer has the right to replace the product purchased from the store within seven days from the date of receipt. Replacement requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. To be eligible for replacement, the product must be in good condition, unused, and without any benefit having been derived from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before replacement to verify its condition.
  3. The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the replacement. For international replacements, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company.
  4. In cases of defects or errors on the store's part, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

  • If the product was manufactured upon the consumer’s request or according to specifications provided by the consumer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the specified requirements.
  • If the product consists of videos, CDs, DVDs, or software that have been used.
  • If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other literary materials.
  • If the defect is due to improper use or possession by the consumer.
  • If the contract relates to accommodation, transportation, or food services.
  • If the contract relates to the purchase of downloadable software products via the internet.

Refund Policy

  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the warranty agreement and applicable regulations, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product purchased from the store within seven days from the date of receipt. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in good condition, unused, and without any benefit having been derived from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to verify its condition.
  3. The consumer shall bear the costs of the return process. For international returns, the consumer is responsible for all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company.
  4. In cases of defects or errors on the store's part, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.
