Warranty and Maintenance Policy
Warranty Period:
The warranty period for our store's treadmills is two years.
General exclusions not covered by the warranty:
1. Defects or malfunctions resulting from consumer misuse, failure to comply with operating instructions, negligence, accidents, vandalism, exposure to weather conditions, maintenance work not in accordance with product recommendations, or opening and tampering with the motor cover or control unit.
2. If any part of the device has been opened or tampered with.
3. The cost of replacing a missing or used part.
4. Transportation costs from your location to the maintenance center.
5. Damage caused by lightning, water, fire, or any other damage, poor power supply, poor ventilation, or failure to follow the instructions in the device manual.
6. Damage resulting from replacing parts with non-original parts or errors in disassembly or installation.
If a malfunction occurs due to misuse in any of the above cases, we will notify you and you will bear all repair costs.
